World Of Warcraft Classic Servers Are Back Online After A Wave Of DDoS Attacks

Last night, the US World of Warcraft Classic server suffered a number of DDoS attacks. Blizzard's North American customer support team reports that the server is now back online and running stable.
According to BTS Kotaku, the wave of DDoS attacks began at 3pm yesterday and a Twitter account, UkDrillas, claimed responsibility. The twitter account was alerted 30 minutes before each attack, but has since been suspended and the tweet deleted. It has not been confirmed whether twitter accounts were actually responsible for the DDoS attack.
